Based on the themes of “Make; Reach; Sustain” this is a readable, positive vision for the arts in Wales over a five year period. Makes the point that: “Artists not institutions create art” and talks about improving the environment and improving international connections for artists in all artforms “by 25%”. Other targets include a 3% increase in participation, and “30,000 schoolchildren showing improvements in literacy, numeracy and attainment as a result of their engagement in arts and creative learning activities.”
