Paper explores the legacy of the Connected Communities programme, which set out to better understand the changing nature of communities in their historical and cultural contexts, and their role in sustaining and enhancing quality of life. Around 50 visual artists were involved within academic and community teams in over 300 projects that addressed a range of themes from Creative Economy to Health and Wellbeing.
