Although much broader ranging than the arts, this is a useful document showing the under-representation of women in nearly all areas of professional power. Of Museum and Gallery Chairs, only 22% are women; and of Museum and Gallery Directors, only 34% are women. Concludes by calling for time-limited quotas of public bodies and boards of corporate organisations; that all roles should be advertised on a flexible working basis; and that arts funding should be tied to pro-active equal gender representation.
