Rather than producing evidence of project outcomes, report is concerned with addressing issue of what constitutes good quality research and evidence in this context and what the obstacles are to producing it. Researchers studied projects by five arts organisations that regularly worked with offenders (Clean Break, Dance United, Connections, Rideout and TiPP).
