In 2016 I was awarded an AN Travel Bursary to go to Fotofest: one of the oldest Photography Biennials in the world. The outcome was new friendships, new contacts and a whole new comprehension about the inner workings of the museum world.
A big thank-you to a-n for a Travel Bursary Award 2016, which will help support my travel/research costs towards producing new work this year.
I have been invited to exhibit at the 3rd edition of Coup de Ville, a Contemporary Art Triennial located in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium. This edition focuses on wastelands and in-between spaces, and invites the selected artists to respond and intervene in select locations.
